4. Who We Share Your Information With

- Inactive Accounts: Retained for 7 years from last transaction, then securely destroyed or anonymized.
- Driver Records: Maintained per Tennessee labor law and insurance requirements (minimum 7 years).
- Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your account; we will comply except where retention is required by law.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website and app use cookies and tracking technology to:
- Keep you logged in to your account

- Track GPS location during active rides for dispatch and safety
- Analyze usage patterns to improve services (anonymized data only)

9. Data Breach Notification
If your information is compromised in a security breach, SCT will notify you within 60 days via email, phone, or mail. Notification will include the nature of the breach, types of information affected, mitigation steps taken, and steps you can take to protect yourself. We will also notify healthcare providers and insurance companies as required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
SCT services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately. For minors 13-18, a parent or guardian must authorize account creation.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website and apps may contain links to third-party services (payment processors, mapping, insurance platforms). SCT is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
12. International Users
SCT is based in Tennessee and operates only within the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using SCT services, you consent to this transfer.
